Early Bird Discounts

** You must be sitting for the course that you selected and received the early bird discount for.

** After you pay your deposit for the course you’re enrolling in, you will receive an invoice for that course with a credit of your deposit and a credit of your early bird discount.

** You will be able to make payments on your invoice, at your convenience, in payment amounts of $200 or better.

** After your invoice is paid in full you will be granted access to the learning portal to complete your enrollment and start the course.

**  You will not be able to gain access to the learning portal if your invoice is not paid in full. 

No, deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the course you purchased.

** Yes you can switch to a different prep course, for the same year. 

ex. If you paid your deposit and received the early bird discount for July 2025 Bar Prep and would like to switch to July 2025 Bar Prep Plus, you can do so.

** Yes you can switch to a different prep course, for a future year.

ex. If you paid your deposit and received the early bird discount for July 2025 Bar Prep Plus and would like to switch to July 2026 Bar Prep Plus, you can do that.  

** NO, you can not switch to a different prep course for an earlier year. (There is an exception.) 

ex. If you paid your deposit and received the early bird discount for July 2025 Bar Prep Plus and would like to switch to July 2024 Bar Prep Plus, you can not do that, without incurring an additional fee.

If this switch is allowed your original discount will be adjusted to the correct discount that was being offered at the time you originally paid your deposit. If there was no discount being offered at that time, no discount will be applied.
